The project Connected by heArts aims to develop a virtual training methodology for youth workers to engage young people with and without disabilities in creative and cultural activities. The goal is to foster integration, overcome prejudices, and promote social inclusion. By utilizing digital tools and social media, the project aims to create a sense of presence and belonging for individuals, improving their mental well-being and overall health. The project will bring together experts, youth workers, cultural organizations, and institutions to empower young people through artistic and social skills development, non-discrimination, and tolerance. The main output will be a comprehensive digital guide that is interactive, engaging, and tailored to the specific needs of the target audience. This guide will be available as an open educational resource, allowing for its replication and adaptation by other organizations and youth workers.
